WHO WE ARE
Welcome to UWin Beverage Lab, the South Western Ontario Alcoholic Beverage Analysis Lab, aka SWOABAL. This experiential learning laboratory was created to provide state of the art analytical services to local industrial partners in the agri-food and beverages sector while giving students first hand experience. The laboratory strives for continuous growth in research and development of analytical methods and quality assurance analysis while continuing to impress throughout the community. Located within the University of Windsor, the SWOABAL is situated along Lake Erie North Shores wine growing region, and is proud to service local wineries, breweries, and distilleries in their analyses to produce high-quality craft fermented beverages.
